Fig & Crabapple Jam

Our new seasonal jam made with crabapples from Emily's house, Bursa figs, and then finished with a squeeze of lemon. The crabapples bring some acidity as the figs are pretty sweet. It’s quite a chunky jam with almost candied bits of fig, so great with granola!

Made in an environment that handles celery, cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts.
